Hailing from the his hometown of St Louis, Tony Valenti studied with the great St Louis Chef….his Mom and Dad. He discovered a love of food and the craftsmanship behind it.
Fueled by his culinary passion, exposure to an exotic array of ingredients, culinary techniques, and international chefs had an immeasurable impact on his development. It is here that he honed his cooking skills and his culinary education took a great leap forward.
He realized his long-time dream to follow his father’s foot steps at Valenti’s, which was founded in 1937. Here he fell in love with the local cuisine then set out to expand the business, which now is one of the top 3 catering companies in St Louis.
Tony brings the global influences that were integral to his training to your table. He draws inspiration from the environment, the cultural diversity of the region and the St Louis Hill.
When not in the kitchen Tony can be found in outdoor activities with his family.
