My passion is to bring back the joy of eating to people's lives, especially those who are making a conscious effort to improve their health for a more sustainable lifestyle.  We often think that healthy food tastes bad or that great food is unhealthy - not true!  My goal is to bridge that gap and help educate my customers that you can have the best of both world's.  I don't have a particular cuisine I stick to as I love all foods.  I've traveled the world and my menu reflects that!
